Sagra della Porchetta a Costano si Bastia Umbra The Festival of the porchetta of Costano, arrived today to its XXXVII edition is one appointment that in last the 10 days of the August month, attracts in the small village to little steps from Assisi exercises of “buongustai” coming from all the Umbria. Migliaia and thousands of persons who fill up the roads of this small community, will be found again from the 19 to 29 August, in order to taste the fragrance of the “porchetta costanese” and also in order to savour the old aromas of the traditional plates. The Festival of the Porchetta is a festivity to teaches of the good table, but also a engagement that sees the active presence of all the community and the several associations of the country, than with spirit of pure voluntary service, collaborates for the realization of the manifestation.
